Cuci22 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the cuci22 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cuci22 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use cuci22's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cuci22 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Cuci22 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use cuci22's services. This platform is not intended for minors. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cuci22. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms. cuci22 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time through a document verification process.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the cuci22 team immediately.
- Using an account for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party under any circumstances.
3. Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the cuci22 platform — including deposits, wagers and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Cuci22 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and online banking. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. cuci22 is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment provider.
In the event of any suspicious transaction or technical error resulting in undue credits, cuci22 reserves the right to correct the account balance following an investigation.
4. Platform Usage Rules
All cuci22 platform users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or fairness of the platform. The following rules are mandatory for all users:
- The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your true location or identity while using the platform is not permitted.
- Distributing harmful, disruptive, or unlawful content through the cuci22 platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform not intended for general users is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Cuci22 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and cuci22 makes no implied warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Users acknowledge that betting and gambling involve financial risk, and cuci22 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their betting activity.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cuci22 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Failed identity verification or invalid documentation.
- Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
- Violation of any term set out in this document.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy.
- Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
Any funds remaining in a suspended account will be processed subject to the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the funds will be returned to the registered bank account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cuci22 platform — including logos, interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of cuci22 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without written permission from cuci22.
Third-Party Links
Where the cuci22 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, those links are provided for convenience only. cuci22 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Cuci22 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last modified.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in a court with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
